I've been glitched out since I got home around 5:30 PM. It friggin sucks. If any Sci-fi tech
people happen to wander over here and read this I have a message for you all.

You are overpaid and grossly incompetent. Every time you guys do a revamp of the forum it
makes things worse. Thank you for taking a good thing like a simple forum and making it nothing
short of a nightmarish experience in aggravation.

I've been glitched out for over a year now. I gave up trying to get back in.

culann just informed me that he appears to be glitched out as well.

So I got in yesterday after trying for 4.5 hours. This mornign at work I tried to get in again and
I am glitched out yet again. Sci-fi tech department are a bunch of dim wits.

I was glitched also as was DW.


Stormy, I still think yours is security preferences. I just need to find the time when we can both be online and try to get ya in.

It does seem to be tempermental about browsers as I am able to get in with Mozilla Firefox but
when I moved up from Explorer version 7 to version 8 I can no longer get the Syfy website to
load up without an error message and when I try to access my Yahoo email account I keep
getting error messages as well. I am forced to use Mozilla Firefox for lookign at my email and
the Syfy forum when I want to - and for the record while Mozilla Firefox is a hog of a browser
program in terms of size it works pretty darn well.

Try google chrome. It runs really smooth and doesn't appear to take up as much as firefox

As I seem to recall, it can despise Yahoo-based accounts...
For me it always has to deal with how often you purge your Cookies ( ) for the site to recognize your computer's IP when logging on.
Every time I delete all my Internet History, including Cookies, SyFy says "no",

Thanks tipi. I just don't know what else to try. I've turned off my firewall and virus scanners, I've reset my internet settings a thousand times, I've tried five different internet programs, I've used different computers, I tried a proxy server, even tried starting a new account.

ziltch. nada. nein. no way jose.

I don't know what the problem is. I'm totally out of ideas.

It's a "stupid Question", but have you tried setting up a hotmail acct?
