I talked to DC about this. I would like to duplicate and modify your command structure and charter for a RLSH team called the Worldwide Heroes organization. We've had attempts at doing it in the past without any luck. I think people got hung up on trying to make completely a business with strict rules on giving out real names and stuff. However, The Skiffy model is really awesome.
